Bink GarrisonBink Garrison is the president of Bink, Inc., a Boston-based, organizational development and management consulting firm that helps clients with issues of strategy, innovation, and growth.

In his work, he calls upon over 25 years of advertising agency management experience gleaned while he was progressively creative director, CEO and, finally, owner of Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson, one of New England's largest agencies.

Bink Inc. lists among its clients Deloitte, Liberty Mutual, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, kirshenbaum bond + partners, and J. Walter Thompson, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. The firm focuses on management performance, executive coaching, professional development, and organizational strategy.

Bink has also enjoyed an array of not-for-profit experience including board positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, United Way of Massachusetts Bay, WGBH-TV, Deerfield Academy, Elderhostel, and numerous other organizations.

After a stint as a nuclear weapons officer in the U.S. Navy, Bink began his advertising career as a copywriter with Quinn & Johnson in 1977. Four years later, he was named president of the agency. He went on to engineer the acquisition of Ingalls Associates forming Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson, and later completed a leveraged buyout from Omnicom, the world's largest agency holding company. In 1999, the agency was acquired by Holland Mark Advertising. Bink Inc. began operations in 2001.

Bink attended Deerfield Academy and Princeton University. He lives in Boston with his wife, Weezie. They have three sons with normal names--Dan, Tom and Nick.
