Jennifer Touma
President, Mindscape

Jennifer Touma the founder and principal of Mindscape, a high-performance coaching and speaking company that provides a customized roadmap for personal and professional achievement, in addition to a Black Belt leadership and professional development, coaching as well. Our goal is to multiply leadership and business strength, by applying the principles of Black Belt martial arts, to accomplish both business and personal goals.

She is a published author, radio show host, hosted her own cable TV show about leadership, Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University Military College, and is a Certified International Mental Game Coach. Jennifer is also a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and continues to master her craft with ongoing personal and professional development. She is also a 2nd degree Black Belt practicing martial artist of boxing, karate, and kickboxing study from Earnest Hart, a world-class martial arts champion and personal safety advisor.
