Gurpreet Singh, MBA, CSSBB, CPSD, CPSM & C.P.M. Founder and President, Strategic Supply Chain &

Gurpreet
Singh is the founder and President of
consulting firms Strategic Supply Chain & Six Sigma Consulting LLC and Legal
Sourcing LLC, based in Princeton and New York City respectively. Gurpreet is a
subject matter expert on various functions within Supply Chain Management and
provides consulting services to major pharmaceutical and healthcare companies in
the New York Tri-State area in the fields of Lean Six Sigma & Strategic Sourcing
in domestic and global markets, as well as outsourcing to low cost countries.
Gurpreet holds an expertise in applying Six Sigma & Lean methodologies in the
service sector.
Gurpreet has an undergraduate degree in production engineering and an MBA with a
dual concentration in supply chain management and strategic management. Gurpreet
is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), a Certified Professional in Supply
Management® (CPSM®), and a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity™ (CPSD™)
, having achieved all the designations from the Institute for supply Management™
(ISM). He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) designated by
American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Gurpreet's professional affiliations include ISM and ASQ. He serves on the board
of ISM's New Jersey affiliate as President-Elect as well as on the Leadership
Training Committee of ISM. Gurpreet has been invited to speak at various ISM's
seminars at the national level as well as at its affiliates in various parts of
the United States. He has also authored articles for ISM and for other
organizations and journals.
Gurpreet is also an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University and teaches courses
related to Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing to the students of Business School.
Gurpreet has been honored with the ISM Person of the Year Award for Education /
Learning in 2010 and also with the ISM Ray Clayton award.
