This workshop, presented by Mary Sarris of the North Shore Workforce Investment Board and Mark Whitmore of the North Shore Career Centers, will explore the current state of the Massachusetts and US labor markets and the services that are available to employers to meet their workforce needs. Included in the discussion will be a review of the economy as it relates to workforce issues, information on programs and services offered through WIBS and Career Centers, and examples of success stories that companies can replicate to ensure a more productive and efficient workforce.
