Tim SalaverIn addition to being the Founder & EVP of Operations & Technology, of the Bio Supply Management Alliance, Tim is also a Principal at Cornerstone Systems Solutions, an operations and technology leader. He has more than 20 years experience in leadership positions from small to large-sized organizations in enterprise, operations, and supply chain management. Since 2003, he has been the President of the Golden Gate Chapter of APICS, The Association for Operations Management. In 2007, he became the founder and the Executive Vice-President, Operations and Technology, for the Bio Supply Management Alliance, the premier community for supply chain professionals in the life sciences. He is also the co-producer of the Biotech Supply Chain Academy. He was Vice-President, Operations, and General Manager for Alphaville Design where he led product quality, operations efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. He was Executive Vice-President of Products, for Dana Software, where he led business strategy and product planning. He was Director of Information Systems for Terraspring, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. He also held management positions at Barton Healthcare, Innoventry, National Insurance Group, Lawson Software, and Data Design Associates.

He uses the building villages concept in creating business and project communities. He truly loves mentoring and guiding his teams for business success and individual achievement. Through extensive professional development and team-building, he inspires his teams to exceed their own expectations. He is the co-developer of Golden Gate University’s Masters Certificate in Healthcare Information Technology. His leadership of a Healthcare ERP project received the 2006 VHA Leadership Award for Supply Chain Management Improvement. He is a highly sought after speaker at user groups, international conferences, and higher education institutions throughout the world, giving his innovative perspective on individual and corporate development, operations and supply chain management, and leadership and technological solutions. He is the author of "Inventory Management for Small and Medium-sized Businesses", which was released by Cisco's BizWiseTV, as well as a contributor to the Cisco Innovators Forum. In the year 2000, he was inducted into the International Who's Who of Information Technology.

Tim earned his BS in Information Systems, and his MBA from the Ageno School of Business Executive Program at Golden Gate University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the Harrington Institute.
